When it came to my particular situation of selling the old house AND buying a new one, Kate was the right person for the job. I’ve known her 20 years, and I’ve seen her work ethic first hand. I knew I would need extra guidance and hand-holding through this process, but I also knew she wouldn’t pull punches with me.
